MSP is Delta's *****. There is a lot of bad blood between Delta and MN after the merger and varying perceptions about Delta's fulfillment of its obligations (or lack therof). MN is not a business friendly state. Unless you speak whatever language they speak in Somalia. Couple that with the ability to utilize sick leave to care for eligible family members, and MSP will always be a backwater, stagnant, ultra-senior base. If you don't live there now...find a way to drive to work in ATL, NYC or SEA. Ymmv
