The RJ course may be good for some, I just had my interview at ASA last week, there were 3 of us, 2 of us got the job, the one who didnt was the one who had taken the CRJ transition course, so in my opinion...it doesnt matter...it may give you a leg up in the sim in ground school or if you make to the sim in the interview, but the kid who didnt get to the sim at ASA w us, it didnt help him since he couldnt get through the HR and the tech portion.
