Not sure about the rest of the pilots awarded junior captains positions.
My point is the Union or company should have mentioned this on the Bid. For those of you who flew at other 121 carriers its not an issue but for military pilots it may be an issue if they don't get their time in before upgrade. Especially if you are taking mil leave while trying to obtain the 1000 hours.
