Did Valujet have more than one crash? Just curious because the Everglades crash was not caused by faulty aircraft maintenance.
It was created by mechanics, but not from the airplane itself.

The NTSB report placed responsibility for the accident on three parties:
SabreTech, for improperly packaging and storing hazardous materials
ValuJet, for not supervising SabreTech
FAA, for not mandating smoke detection and fire suppression systems in cargo holds
