Everyone on property will interview within a year and new hires will be eligible once the back fill is finished. You'll know if you have that job waiting for you. It's not a 7-8 year wait to just interview. You know that the 2017 isn't gonna be the real end date.
How long do you figure it will take them to get 3000 hours total time AT EXPRESSJET?
Here are the other requirements to participate:
- Support, or are qualified to support, the United Express operation on or after Feb. 19, 2016
- Obtain a Bachelor’s degree*
- Complete 12 months of active service at ExpressJet and 3,000 hours total time at ExpressJet (or 2,000 hours PIC)
- Maintain a suitable employment record**
- Pass United’s Hogan Personality Inventory assessment and United’s panel interview
- Complete an application to United via AirlineApps.com by June 3,2016
- Opt in to the program (by June 3, 2016 for current ExpressJet pilots)
