Sounds like several years of mil experience, or a full year of 121 time. A lot can happen in 500 hours. I don't know...just a thought.
And just to clarify, the average Delta civilian new hire has about 2100. They don't break down TPIC but I'm guessing they have well over 1000.
Curious what the SWA average would be. Where did you get your Delta numbers?
