I think you over estimate your importance in my world. I don't measure my success / happiness by the size of YOUR pay check. If/when we get a new CBA we will both be getting a raise. If your raise happens to be bigger, good for you. I don't really care that much about you to be angry. I tried to tell you early on how this company works and you were being overly optimistic thinking we would have a TA by August. I said fix the whole pay scale (which also fixes slope) but you and your millennial buddies would rather play the victim, divide the group, and perpetually whine about slope.
