Your only priorities right now are to fly, gain proficiency in the operation and equipment and get off probation. Don't do anything to jeopardize any of those. There will be plenty of time for you to show union support, be concerned with the contract negotiations and Figure out how much contractual gains would earn your yes vote only after you start paying dues and have a vote. For now...keep your nose clean and learn!
