Titos summed up exactly how most feel about this place including myself. As far as our 'crap on-call schedule' I've been here almost 2 years and have only got called out maybe 3-4 times. No one here is glued to their phones, it's the exemption rather than the rule to work on standby days.
Just sayin, 10/5 might sound rough but I get way more time off than I did at the regionals and make as much as a regional captain. For anyone looking to come here don't let trolls like this guy stop you... This place has plenty of room for improvement but the majority of us like our job.
