SWA proudly calls themselves a "Low Cost Airline," so I assume their employees (some of the highest all around in the industry) should take a lesser wage, simply because of the "low cost" in their business model.

Irony can be defined as an ex-Eastern pilot, like yourself, who struck in the 80s because Lorenzo felt your pilots were worth less than nothing, telling pilots today they should accept low wages because management says they are "low tier" for their ULCC airline.
