One important thing to note is that even if we had a 100% turnout and all of the votes that we not cast were put into the no catagory, it still would have passed. If my math is right, if all of the non voters were to cast a no, the no side would have ended up with 1910....still passes.
Not sure of the importance, but an interesting stat.
Now I need to make sure I have enough sick days built up for my STV month...did I say that or think that....
