Aside from our low pay, I think the word is out on how atrocious reserve is, especially if you're junior. So while tricky ricky thinks it's smart to prolong the reserve negotions and abuse the pilots so that some are getting as little as 7 days off at home all in the name of better performance, he's really just killing the recruitment. Tell me at what other company that at least values their pilots A LITTLE BIT, are they starting at 4am on day 1? Come here if you want to flow in the next 6 years or so, because I still do have a semblance of confidence of that working out. But besides that, your life will suck as a junior FO on reserve. At least as a junior CA you can put up with it because there's a light at the end of the tunnel and you're getting paid decently, but FO's? Ain't nobody got time for that!
