Perfect attendance tells me the guy flew sick. A 100% operation rate tells me the guy got lucky with operational aircraft. The List goes on.
I'll take a line pilot who can fly, has SA, and likes to have fun any day.
There is a 14 year backlog of "pilots". The newhires I have flown with all seem to be the "go getters", lots of LCA's and guys that did union work or special projects at their former carrier.
