I think that our minimums are the competitive minimums. I don't think they are looking for high time people.
We have a bunch of different reserve schedules, long, medium, and short call. And then you bid by what time of day you want to be on call. Anywhere from 4am to 5pm.
We have a mix of day turns up to 5 day trips. Lots of red eye flights.
