FedEx SEEMS to have a preferred sweet spot for hours, and there is anecdotal evidence that the screening formula penalizes too many hours. I'm not positive about that, as I was never involved in hiring. I HAVE noticed a very strong "Not-Invented-Here" syndrome. They DO NOT want to hear "That's not the way we did it at...." nor "Hey, guys, there's a better way to do this." Guys with a lot of experience may be more likely to know a better way. And have the temerity to say so.
