Want sick leave reform? That's the company's problem. They made the rules then changed them. Now that they're changed, it looks like a lot more sick leave is being used. Changing that in any way should be their concession. We should get something in return.
I would be happy to entertain a change to PS. AFTER the new contract is signed sealed and delivered. For exactly the reason you mention.
