Want sick leave reform? That's the company's problem. They made the rules then changed them. Now that they're changed, it looks like a lot more sick leave is being used. Changing that in any way should be their concession. We should get something in return.

And if the company can't shed some PS obligations because we hold the line, JVs are less profitable for the shareholders than they otherwise might be or would have been. So Delta looks differently at internal WB growth...and we buy more...and we fly more...and we make more with more time at home...and THEN we revisit the PS plan.
