FSIMS has allowances for POI's to deviate from FAR 117 rules that would allow SC/LC and rules for FSB to by replaced by agreed upon scheduling rules in the Fatigue Mitigation Program requirements.
In other words we could completely do away with SC and FSB as we know it.

How about when on a Reserve Assignment you simply just need to be available to show in say 2:30. You would be on reserve 24 hours a day! Oh, and the company puts you up in a Hotel near the airport. If you want to stay at home it's your call.

The point is as a UNION you can do anything you all can agree on. It is time to break the mold on how this Union does business, it is terribly dysfunctional and antiquated. We certainly could do much better.
