I totally agreed, no one likes to be viewed as a failure but it totally beats on the street and starting all over again most likely at another regional.
Flying dials and props for 25 years and then jumping into an E-190 can be daunting for those guys.
I think with the E-145 and a change in piedmonts training environment this will be a big plus for all future flows going into training.
American's training is tough but hard work and good attitude you'll be good to go.
