At a recent LEC meeting it was reported that negotiations have been going good, the company has been showing up prepared and negotiations have been going at a good pace. Now, as we embark on the money and QOL sections (Scheduling, Compensation, etc) we will see how things are going moving forward. They are back to negotiations next week and we should have a better feel.
Right. Things may slow down, and that's fairly common when you get to the costly parts of the negotiations. But for now it's on track, and no one is dragging their feet.
