Dec 2013 - App Submitted (numerous errors & low time. Didn't get a sniff). On my addendum I highlighted the fact that I had submitted and continuously updated my app for over 2 years because of my desire to get hired at DAL.

Nov 2015 - Aero crew solutions app review. Counselor was spot on with corrections & suggestions...highly recommended. Made corrections immediately.

Dec 2015 - Internal rec sent to pilot selection for scoring. Never got a fix it email.

17 Mar 2016 - Email invite for interview

10 May 2016 - Interview and CJO

Expected class date of 13 or 20 Jun.

My advice is to make your app as error-free as possible. I didn't do any interview prep but I did pay for the app review. Be ready when the opportunity comes because it can happen quickly.
