As for how management treats their pilots? You hit the nail on the head. It's the worse that I've ever seen here and I still cannot fathom why other then to think that they really are that unqualified to be in their respective positions. We are their best recruiters and when they have the audacity to break the contract and treat us like garbage to the extreme amount that they have been doing, especially in this "pilot-friendly" marketplace, how can they be surprised when there is no massive influx of new-hires? The latest word is that envoy may be spending some big bucks on a marketing firm to try and entice new-hires, rather then spending the money on actually fixing this place...

For any management trolls out there, here's a few pointers:

1. Fire a certain pilot-hating scheduling manager (anyone who works here knows who she is)
2. Negotiate reserve in good faith and come to a mutually beneficial agreement that takes both parties concerns into account, while preserving seniority and also recognizing that we are now an airline full of forced commuters.
3. Follow the freakin' contract. If you want to do something outside of the bounds of the contract, notify and negotiate with the union in good faith, rather then "fly now-grieve later" solutions.

The animosity between the envoy pilot group and management is as bad as it's ever been, and it does't have to be. Making Envoy Great Again is so easy a caveman could do it.
Are you finally dumping that Camelback you've been carrying around for management? Sounds like a major change of tune for you here.

Usually you are the first to jump on something I post to discredit it and tell me how out of touch I am and in other words, don't know ****. I posted again today the same thing I've been saying for months now and you didn't ask me how many engine failures I've had this month.
