You are right, United is above us, if you are a 76,78,74 or 777 Capt. The guys I know holding those slots have been at United a long time. Overall, our group is making more money.
If you look more closely, we fly the 767-300. At year 12 a captain at FedEx gets $24/hour more on the same airframe. The only like airframe that United pays more in is the 777.
