Its hard to speculate from the outside looking in. Could be IPO related, could just be a lack of training resources. Either way, I'm staying positive about this opportunity.

They told us that with increased summer flying & lots of LCA's vacation bids we'd have to cancel a lot of flights to get folks through sims & FTD's so no class in July or August. Interviews to resume in July & classes in September to hire another 80 by year end.
