That said, I know we have all talked on here about what the CBA will do to RSV rules, and overall QOL. Once the CBA is implemented (2017?), do you see CA upgrades going to the 10 year point? I don't see them staying at the 4 year average. Thoughts?
I'm not sure about exact numbers however, barring a large A/C order, upgrade times are going to go up significantly. it's a bit hard to see exactly how much, since we can't easily see how many of the guys/gals who bypassed are trying to upgrade currently. Safe to say, that number will be significant. My guess, and it purely is a guess, is that we will be trending towards 7-8 year upgrades with all the movement.
