Good, I will next time I fly with him. I don't care about spirit neither and I see we agree on the all RSA point, it was what I cared about.
We got to educate everyone of the importance of not giving out leverage during negotiation. Don't pick up RSAs.
I don't understand how you been here 10 to 15 years though, that's a pretty big gap. But to tell you the truth I don't even care.
Just everybody let's do ourself a favor, and stop picking up RSAs.
And I am starting to think the same about requesting VDAs too.
