Our pilots have more experience across the board than a Delta or American pilot who only serves a handful of big cities out of a hub on their specific aircraft for domestic only or international only ops.
yeah there are some guys from world omni dhl etc. but by n large the majority of newhires at spirit are from other regionals. youre delusional if you think your pilots are more experienced than a delta or american pilot. their equipment also does various flying like your single equipment. though i may have to take that back. after all at spirit you dont just do your pilot job. youre the dispatcher + fueler + ops caller + and all the crap you guys do even one year after amendable date. at a real airline like delta those pilots dont have to do those things because their airline is run competently. spirit has become a joke.

Because it seems it's not all Guns 'n Roses over there in your igloo, either.

Glass houses, we both live in.
Well, ice is like glass, so the analogy still fits.
alaska is a legacy airline that has a long history. the pay and some of the work rules arent that great and need to be improved but no one from spirit can call out alaska. in comparison spirit is like the regional of the major world. try getting hired at alaska and compare that to getting hired at spirit its complete night n day difference. your captains make less than 80 percent of alaska fos.
