Global entry and TSA pre-check
Global Entry has nothing to do with getting through security. It only helps expedite clearing customs. If you work for an airline that provides Known Crew member access, then typically won't have to deal with even going through regular security. For airports without KCM check points, you'll get ushered to the Pre-check line.
As far as attire, uniform is no longer needed for either KCM or regular TSA lines. However, if you go through regular security out of uniform, standard passenger requirements apply so you could have restricted items confiscated.
