We got to educate everyone of the importance of not giving out leverage during negotiation. Don't pick up RSAs.

And I am starting to think the same about requesting VDAs too.
Not trying to argue, just trying to understand.
Doesn't VDA help out the company (with lower associated costs to boot) more than picking up RSA's?
