Though I don't work for Atlas I've worked for two companies with union rep. from the Teamsters. To sum it up, the union has always been adamant that, "no one goes back to work, until everyone goes back to work!"
I was at Comair during the strike. Several pilots were fired, at various times, months before the walkout. All returned with the striking pilots once the contract was voted in by the majority.
