This must be a PITA for commuters that travel out of large airports.
Sounds like the easy thing to do is to wear your uniform and do the quick-change in the bathroom unless you can do like stated above and print out a boarding pass with the KTN on it.
Maybe some day the TSA will realize that pilots are not a threat.
