It is going to be real hard for me to watch a 30 year guy paired with a 9 year CA at VX, I don't think any merger has seen such a disparity. Can you imagine how our FA's are going to handle it. I think the disparity in the AWA/US Air merger was also very large. No doubt the disparities make for a much more painful process.
