So, you're telling me he doesn't and isn't able to do much with schedules, benefits with 12 days of conflict every month, then alpa drops the middle trip to sit in FLL, and also brags on the employee bus about the sweet deals he's getting from scheduling.. And you're ok with all that?
The lines are built early in the month so, if GH is getting a transition drop Spirit would be paying for him to line build. Not ALPA. Additionally, the scheduling committee only builds the lines (puts the pairings together to form a trip). Spirit has total control over pairing construction. If the pairings are crap so too will be the lines.
