Actually, I am correct, but you apparently think I was referring to senior captains. I was referring to senior FO salary. With the long upgrade times involved, it would be foolish to compare senior captain pay at NetJets. After 10 years at NetJets a FO gets to be a "senior guy", but what difference does that really make?

My comments are directed at FOs who do not have as much to lose as the captains. It seems to me, the majority of the captains are in golden handcuffs here. Not that great, but too much to risk going elsewhere.
