If the company was negotiating in good faith I'd probably agree with you. It's been 2 years and we only have 30% of a TA, so it looks like they are dragging this out letting inflation cut our pay for them. If no one picked up RSA or VDAS they would have to cancel flights for staffing. This is leverage and might motivate them to stop low balling our MEC.
How many contracts negotiations have you been through? Also where do you get the 30%?
