Show the company we are serious about getting a contract that reflects how successful this airline has become.
I'm certainly no RLA expert but we haven't even begun mediated talk yet so a strike is still a looong way off. A 100% strike vote will do little at this point to threaten a strike.
IMO we have been slow to make the investment community aware of what our position is. It is clear listening to the last couple of earnings calls that the investors have no clue how ****ed off we really are. The picketing is a step in the right direction.
