I think it is great that we have started to come together on this and we, for the most part, are fired up! Why not keep it going?! I am not saying strike today. I am saying lets get the plans and the dialogue started now to show management we are serious. The only thing that really means anything to the company is a direct impact on operations. Do you all really think that the ALPA lawyers, the NC, GH and anyone else that does not fly a regular line like the rest of us has the same sense of urgency that we have?? Management is doing exactly what the want, drag it out and wait for the economy to drop then say "we can't afford it" or merge us then pit us against another pilot group for a few more years. It's time to email your reps, spread the word to who you are flying with to do the same which is DEMAND proactive measures to force the company to get serious!! See you in Houston[emoji35]
Yes YES!! They must know how seriously angry we are! Until IOT until we all go the extra mile to cover all flying and put ourselves in the standing available list.
Where it matters we are not showing anything....
