I appreciate your effort to better JB through a good CBA. I think, however, you are losing most people in the message. You are like a broken record repeating the same one topic. I'm sure you've flown with guys like that and know how easily it is to tune out after the same old song and dance, especially the guys over-passionate about the one and only topic. As others have said, our union themselves have said the company is (as of the last meeting) negotiating in good faith. Give it a rest.
Yes! Wearing your lanyard will give us a leading cba! I feel bad for the guy that doesn't wear his, and ruins our careers.
So if no one picks up RSA or VDA or open time it forces the company to offer open time at 1.5, I have seen it just once since our new PEA. That forces them to either pay us extra for understaffing or hire more guys. But I am sure it's more effective to all wear our lanyards. That's what really scares management into giving us more compensation.
