When one upgrades from do they lateral over to the CA payscale at the same years longevity (i.e. 747 FO@ 5 to 767 CA@5) or do they start out at the first year pay on the CA scale?
It's just like any other 121 carrier. 5 yr FO becomes 5 yr Capt pay scale wise.
