I don't think so; the pilots and 1224 would never accept that, and we (1224) have to provide the merged list to move forward.
Point is, speculating about the ability to bid the 777 or back to the 747 after the merge is just that: speculation. There could be a whole new set of rules in the new CBA (and possibly fences).
Not to mention that said CBA is probably 3 years from being signed into effect. Many won't even be on the seniority list by then. Much can change before this drug out process will finally be finalized.
