Yes it is. I filled it out last Thursday and clicked finish and I thought it was complete. Today I got the email saying it was blank so I filled it out again but doesn't seem to save the data. When I click 'Finish' it takes me back to 'Browse Our Jobs' page. If I log back in to look at it the app is blank again?

Anyone else having this issue? I am using a Mac and tried on Safari, Firefox and Chrome with the same results.
