All the while you and yours are stuck in the "fishbowl". Flew with West flight attendants the other day. They ALL complained about how flying with you west guys was flying with COMPLAINERS. You guys were SO miserable.
You won't believe me and I don't really care EXCEPT to say they complimented ME on how delightful I was to work with. In short, they said a "breath of fresh air". Swallow the NIC. Not hardly.
