I'm guilty of posting frustrations on the Internet, but these posts could come back to haunt you. There are multiple cases that show that the company has the upper hand when it comes to status quote. Even saying don't pick up RSA could be construed as an illegal work action. Don't pick up open time could be seen that way too. Happens to delta and United pilots and it cost the union $ and pilots had to fight for their jobs.

Dont become a chip that has to be negotiated back.
