Changing from TSA and Republic, I am trying to decide between Endeavor and Republic. I have some details about life at Endeavor, but none about Republic. It seems things have gotten a little better there. But, how about movement? Still looking at five year upgrades? Reserve times? What are the junior bases? Chances of getting MIA?
