I am NOT for regional style PBS, however there is a way to make vacation be awarded after PBS has built your line. I also believe there could be a default for 5 days off between trips like our contract states. those of us who came from RAH know exactly how ****ty they Flica pbs is and that is exactly what we would get here FLICA! transitions instantly gone, vacation=you will finish a trip the day before it starts and start a trip the day it ends, no more turning one week into 2-3 weeks off. I was a sked voul on the republic side for 4+ years working with flica pbs... we would be completely screwed with PBS. they any to pay me $300/hr to implement it, id think about it 😼
