The 200 has a hard wall and the 300 two heavy curtains. On both aircraft the compartments are noisy and in the 200 the yaw dampeners keep you in motion. In the 300 the seat belt chimes in the bunk every time the switch is moved and cockpit PA'a are blasted into the bunk.
The 767 bunks are vastly superior then either bus.
The -300 pilot bunk should be de-certified as a Class 1 rest facility.

(1) Class 1 rest facility means a bunk or other surface that allows for a flat sleeping position and is located separate from both the flight deck and passenger cabin in an area that is temperature-controlled, allows the flightcrew member to control light, and provides isolation from noise and disturbance.
