Does NK charge for the PRIA processing? I've heard our stellar management folks are charging almost $100 per request processed.
They're allowed to charge, but I think only around $25 or $50. The 8900 says a reasonable fee, and then gives an example, I can't remember though, been a long time since I've been looking at that section.
