In regards to General Aviation Ops Inspectors, I was thinking about filling out an application and throwing my hat into the ring as well. Was hoping someone might have some inside info about the average qualifications a new hire usually has. Personally, I have CFI/II/MEI, ATP, 2000+ hours, 700+ dual given, along with about 500+ hrs turbine in a Part 135 op that I currently fly for. Unfortunately no aviation Bachelors degree until late this year or early next year (part time student just finishing it up while on the road) Not exactly high numbers but well over "minimum qualifications". I also have a buddy who's an ASI at the local FSDO that will most likely mention my name whether that helps or not who knows! Any feedback would be awesome, thanks!
