I have noticed it takes longer and longer to load this thread. Guys have also posted about this. I don't know if it is because of the large size of this thread or something else.

We could call it Book 1 or something and lock it and start Book 2 etc but not sure of the implications of that. Does having a massive thread with large numbers of views increase advertising potential? In other words is it better for the site to keep large threads active? If so is there any way we can get it to just load the last 10 pages or so initially? IF someone then wants to search the thread then they can load the entire thread.

Anyway just throwing out some thoughts.
