I think the recall rate will increase as they go up the list. The people getting called now are coming back to fly on reserve, some of them on first year pay. The most senior guys can hold group 2 CA or group 4 FO.
I think the opposite. Many of them are probably at cush positions at other airlines for the last 10+ years.
